The site license is a lot cheaper, I highly recommend schools get a license for their teachers. Snagit is not free, but it is also NOT a subscription. Let me start by saying that Snagit does not work on Chromebooks. It allows me to take screenshots, record video, and crazy super easy create animated GIF’s.
